🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eight world-class recording studios, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal efficiency.

• Manage studio bookings, schedules, and client relations with an emphasis on delivering unparalleled service.

• Take charge of the maintenance and functionality of our cutting-edge recording equipment, ensuring top-tier performance for every session.

• Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

• Cultivate a studio atmosphere reflective of our Grammy-winning legacy, promoting innovation and artistic exploration.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in studio management or a related role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in overseeing recording studios.

• In-depth knowledge of recording equipment, studio acoustics, and industry best practices to uphold our commitment to sonic excellence.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth studio operations and client satisfaction.

• Exceptional leadership abilities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, artists, and the internal team effectively.

• Passion for music and dedication to maintaining the high standards that come with being part of a Grammy-winning studio.
