Winners Circle Publishing LLC is a pioneering music publishing company that offers a range of services, including management, production, and publishing. We are administered by Warner/Chappell, one of the most respected music publishing companies in the world, and were founded in 2012. Our goal is to help producers and songwriters succeed in the music industry by providing them with the resources and support they need to create and promote their work
WHATS THE BEST WAY TO SUBMIT MUSIC?
Send 3 or less songs:
- Please mp3s only attached to 1 email. Make sure the most important song is attached.
- Please make sure every song is labeled with artist/writer, song title, and date.
- Please make sure there’s a one paragraph bio or description.
HOW CAN WE MEET?
Please send your top songs/tracks via email. If an A&R recommends your music, our team will guide you from that point on.

NO. This is something we do for our Winners Circle Music signed artist, songwriters and producers. It’s your manager’s job to give you this assessment.
WHAT KIND OF SONGS ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Memorable melodies, clever lyrics, and all types of sticky hooks that make songs unforgettable. Please do not submit anything that sounds similar to previous material recorded by Major label artists.

CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES
In order to ensure certainty of payment, we do not accept any credit card payments online. We only accept direct transfers of funds with Zelle as our preferred payment network. For those interested in joining our Access Pass Program or Studio Packages, more information about payment will be provided once you are approved to join.
HOW CAN I JOIN ACCESS PASS PROGRAMS
Our Access Pass Programs are designed to meet you at your level and help you progress. You are free to apply/inquire for any tier you would like, and we will review your profile including sample of your work and info on past placements to determine the right tier for your stage.
