Winners Circle Music & Publishing LLC is a pioneering music publishing company that offers a comprehensive range of services, including management, production, and publishing. Partnered with Warner Chappell, our mission is to empower producers and songwriters with the resources and support they need to thrive in the music industry. Since our founding in 2012, we've been dedicated to nurturing talent and driving success.
WHATS THE BEST WAY TO SUBMIT MUSIC?
To submit your music, please send 3 or fewer songs:
* Attach mp3 files only to a single email, with the most important song included.
* Ensure each song is properly labeled with the artist/writer’s name, song title, and date.
* Include a one-paragraph bio or description of your work.

HOW CAN WE MEET?
Please submit your top songs/tracks via email. If an A&R team member recommends your music, our team will guide you through the next steps.
WHAT KIND OF SONGWRITERS AND PRODUCERS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are interested in all genres of music.
WILL YOU GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON MY SONGS?
Unfortunately, we do not provide feedback on song submissions. Feedback is a service reserved for our signed artists, songwriters, and producers. We recommend seeking input from your manager for assessments.

WHAT KIND OF SONGS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We seek songs with memorable melodies, clever lyrics, and catchy hooks that make a lasting impact. Please refrain from submitting material that resembles previous work recorded by major label artists.

RECORDING EXPERIENCE FAQS
Do I need to bring my own engineer?
​
No. A professional engineer from I AM Recording Studios will be on site.
Artists and songwriters only need to bring their music, their voice, and their energy.
How long is the session?
Sessions typically run 15–25 minutes per artist depending on turnout and the creative direction.
The focus is on capturing your performance, selecting beats, and completing split sheets.
Do I need beats prepared beforehand?
No. Winners Circle producers will play original beats on-site, and you may license up to three (3) beats for free.
You are welcome to perform your own original song or verse as well.
Can songwriters attend without an artist?
Yes. Songwriters are encouraged to attend even without an artist.
You can collaborate with other creators on-site or present your writing for potential future sessions.
What genres are accepted?
All genres. Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Rock, Country, Gospel, Latin, Afrobeat, EDM, Indie, Singer-songwriter, and everything in between.

Are there any fees at any point?
No. The Recording Experience is 100% free.
We operate on professional split sheets — not pay-to-play.
Do I keep ownership of my song?
Yes.You keep your writer’s share. Winners Circle Publishing administers the publisher’s share through our major publishing partnerships.
Will my song be considered for placements or sync opportunities?
Yes. All songs created during The Recording Experience enter our internal review pipeline for potential placements, syncs, and development.
How many artists get selected?
Slots are limited each month to maintain quality and give each creator real time with the producers.
