Access Pass Purchase Policy

Our monthly fees are nonrefundable. Monthly fees are due based on the original date.  This can easily be done by setting a Zelle recurring payment that will automatically submit payment monthly. We reserve the right to decline memberships, and to remove members should a policy violation occur. This condition helps us ensure you are placed in the appropriate tier for your level, and keeps our quality bar high for higher level benefits such as industry placement submissions and collaborations with the broader Winners Circle network.

You can end your membership before your next billing cycle by emailing your primary contact email for your Access Pass Tier. 

Studio Package Purchase Policy

Studio Package Memberships are billed monthly on the date of the original subscription.  You must refer to or e-mail our booking contact from the original registration e-mail you used to confirm the purchase.  Membership fees are nonrefundable, and studio slots must be booked within the month that was billed.  In order to accommodate all Studio Package Purchasers, your unused studio slots do not carry over to future months if they are not used within the month. You must use your allocated studio time within the month -credits do not roll over

Refund Policy

Any purchases including booking costs, fees, memberships, access passes and merchandise are non-refundable.  Winners Circle Music is not responsible for ensuring that you use your monthly benefits which include but are not limited to Studio Slot Hours, Track Submissions, Music Reviews, New Content Uploads.  Any unused features or offerings may be lost if not used during the period that your benefits are active.
