Position Summary:

This role’s goal is to ensure that Winner Circle Music's Social Media profiles are regularly posting quality content and engaging with existing fans and have the best potential to reach new fans; learning from past work, and examples of other successful social media campaigns to inform our strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, entertaining and culturally informative engagement with Winners Circle Music's followers and partners online across various channels including Instagram, TikTok and Youtube

• Create and execute posting schedule across social media channels

• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube

• Maintain relationships with other social media channels, influencers and partners of Winners Circle Music.

• Interacting and responding to followers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts

• Researching trends and changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities 

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotion and competitions, especially in the music industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a copywriter or strong written communication abilities

• Experience creating visual content using basic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator or Figma

• Up to date on notable stakeholders and organizations in music industry, especially Urban, Pop and R&B genres.

• A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details and has a great work ethic​
